Aliyu possesses a highly relevant, award-winning career spanning over twenty years in Finance and Investment Advisory and Real Estate Services, covering various sectors and global regions. He is also one of the founding fathers of Ramzait Consult Nigeria, Amac International Consult, Laroca Nigeria LTD.
Prior to becoming Managing Director of Ramzait Consult, Aliyu served as senior manager, Account and Finance at Greenfield Project LTD. He has headed key units of ASO Savings and Loans plc including Banking operations, Business Development, Internal Control, Supply Chain Management, Mortgages. He served as a member of Ad hoc committee on Sales of Federal Government Housing (SOFGH). He was also the Ag. Director General of Kano Chamber of Commerce for over two years after serving at various management levels of the Chamber.
A graduate of B.SC Economics from Bayero University Kano, and an MSC in Banking and Finance from Bayero University Kano, Aliyu is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Economics of Nigeria. He is also a Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

Aliyu has successfully completed the requirements to be recognized as a Microsoft Certified IT professional, Enterprise Administrator (Microsoft Certificate of Excellence).
An energy economist with Masters and Doctorate degree in Oil and Gas Accounting earned from University of Abertay, Dundee, Scotland United Kingdom. He also received BSc Business Administration from Bayero University Kano in 2005. Shamsuddeen worked with Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN) Plc, Abuja Electricity Distribution Zone and acted as Marketing Officer. His experience in energy industry helped to facilitate many electrical and energy projects of the company. The steady rise of the company is a clear indication of his positive effort.
Shamsuddeen is a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and a Chartered-Holder Certified Financial Analyst at the Nigerian Institute of Financial Analysts. He is a Member at the British Institute of Energy Economics and the International Institute of Energy Economics, United Kingdom.
